referencing Dream A Little Dream Of Me, 7″, Single, Pla, 45-D-4145

I bought this cover only of this item for presumably a 7″ disc – cat. no. DS 50040 – top righthand corner with the word “STEREO”, then the cat. no, and “DUNHILL ABC RECORDS” in a box underneath that, but can’t trace this release anywhere with that number. It is really thick cardboard with, on the front, Cass and a small child superimposed on each other, reproduced 3 times whilst the child is sat on Cass’s lap while theyre both sat on a “Norton Villiers” motorbike – you can see the petrol tank with the bike maker’s name on it .In the top righthand corner of the 7″ cover is also a pic of Cass on the motorbike [if it’s the same one], minus the child, the pic blurred with the bike presumably going at speed. The rear of this cover is totally blank, just white cardboard.
Any info anyone?
