Super slow

Brought 3 dresses almost 2 weeks ago, only just received an email that one of the dresses was out of stock (update your website to reflect that!!!). Still waiting for the other 2 dresses, considering it’s only coming to NSW and I live in VIC that’s stupid slow. It would have been quicker getting stuff from overseas!!

Rude sales assistant

The new River link store in Ipswich Qld needs staff that know about the product that they sell and if 2 items that are the same but different patterns say 2 for $20 should be sold for that not $30 the disgusting customer service I received when I said no thanks was terrible and when her friend told my daughter and I to get out of the way so she could talk was disgusting, will not be going back to that store and I know other people who have had trouble at that New store will not be going back. Disgusting Ally you need to work better on your customer service.

Cheap materials that shrink and break

Bought a playsuit and a dress in the hessian material. Both shrunk a quarter of the size, buttons fell off and because i was out when a button fell off and i fixed it with some thread they wouldn’t honour a return on shrinkage. I will never buy from their cheap shop again.

How can you sell this crap

How is it that you can sell this clothing for the prices you do and the quality is not better than Kmart.
I bought a pair or pants for $40.00 au and first time I put them on they have a huge hole in them. Not fair

Disgusting customer service should be 0 rating

The staff in the Geelong shop have the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I wouldn’t want to employ people who previously worked for Ally Fashion. From other reviews it seems this is a company culture as it seems to be a common experience. They have developed a real them and us attitude to their customers. Not good for the retail industry who are already struggling. I hope they address this problem in their organisation

Gone to Crap

The processing used to be very quick within reasonable time frame. Now It takes nearly over a week to have the order processed into shipment. and another few weeks to get shipped out. I have now waited nearly 3 week for delivery ,and this is the third time. So it appears that they have an issue. I receive clothing quicker from the UKThat made my mind up. I will no longer be shopping with this online store,or instore.
customer service clearly is not priority .

Shipping times are ridiculous

I can’t comment on the customer service as I haven’t reached out to them but shipping is ridiculously slow and nowhere close to their estimated arrival date. Takes a week to even be dispatched. I won’t be buying online again which is a shame as my local store doesn’t stock the plus size range.

Terrible online services

Bought clothing online last weekend, no delivery status till now. Dropped them an email to enquire, no respond. Tried to call the HQ, the number apparently it is not available anymore. If I can choose again, I will not buy from them ever again. Finger crossed that I will be able to get my order “someday”.

Absolutely disgusting!

I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Ally fashion and quite frankly I wish I never ordered from the damn place. The customer service is poor (to put it nicely), and postage times are extremely longer than stated. Seeing a lot of people saying the same thing, don’t understand how this business managed to get everything so wrong. I will never order again and will never recommend or speak a nice word of the place.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Wondering if anyone can help, iv ordered a few things from the online ally store last week the 19th, it’s now been a week & I haven’t received any kind of shipping info or updates on my purchase. I have tried calling a numerous amount of times & everytime the line just rings an nobody answers…also tried emailing 5+ times with no response. Not sure what my next step is… if I can’t contact them an haven’t received my items or had any type of communication from them, what is my next move? Unacceptable if you ask me, what company does this to their customers without explanation? Won’t be shopping with them after this horrible experience

Terrible!

Ordered a jacket and top over 2 weeks ago and still have no confirmation email about it being sent! Have emailed and called numerous times and have got no where. It’s awful service I will never shop there again its money down the drain they are absolute thieves if I don’t receive my items. I don’t understand how they’re still in business.

Will never buy off them again

I ordered a dress and top on a Tuesday 04.06.2019, I did not receive any email with a tracking number so I called the head office a week later on the next Tuesday, I was told by a girl that I would just have to wait as the day before was a public holiday, she could not give me any info and hung up the phone. I then get an email on 18/06/2019 saying it is going to arrive on Tuesday the 25th June, this is 3 weeks from the day I bought the dress and top. I live in QLD and it is coming from NSW, this is absolutely appalling service and a longer wait than some EBay sites or overseas online stores that I use. I am absolutely disgusted and will be returning the items in store as soon as they arrive and never ever shopping again at Ally fashion.

never go this fashion shop

I’ve bought a suit for my daughter and realised that was too small. I went to chaston centre ( place I bought this originally) and sales girl told to me bring my daughter and try it to second time , otherwise they would not exchange again.
Somehow 30 days went off due to my bussy work schedule. Then again I went to narrewarren shopping centre store and said they can’t do that because its’ expired the exchange time. $36 dollars gone… such a un practical place. communication style are so rude and disgusting.

Does anyone South coast area NSW have experience with Allys shipping?? A few reviews on here have said good a lot have said they’re slow. I ordered about 5 days ago, received my order confirmation email and have checked my account and the payments have definitely been made. Just curious if anyone has had a good shipping experience with the company.

The worst online shopping experience EVER!!
I purchased over $100.00 worth of clothes 3 weeks ago, I have not received any correspondence in regards to shipping. I emailed with my order number (thinking it would make life easy at the other end) requesting and update though I have no heard back, I emailed again on the 24th of June..its not the 2nd of July and I have had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. God damn, how are you still in business? I’m here in NZ and have also attempted phoning you “Customer Service” but again no reply? I mean and you out there seeking the materials to whip up these items, or are you all just hanging around sipping coffee and having a laugh at the phone that continues to ring? By the looks, I am not the first person you have let down! I want my money back, this is disgusting.

I would like to know why is it that you can go in your store and try on a bodysuit and not buy it. But when you buy online and although you don’t do it up and only focus on the top part because it was nice pattern . And it didn’t fit and it was the smallest size so I couldn’t get another one. Then you say that you can’t get a refund or exchange on bodysuit. The question again is what is the difference because if it is a health concern then why are you allowing people to try on and just walk away. This is so WRONG and unfair. And that is a health thing aswell. Also other places like Brasnthings if they do it why don’t you do it.
